Liked our trip here and would definitely come back. Travelled with our animals, spent 2 nights here and had a very special stay. Had convenient location in the Etosha area and lovely rooms. We saw Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden, that's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The room here was top-notch, really tidy, and had a super cozy bed and a cool shower 🚿. They even had a hairdryer and fresh towels in the bathroom, so you're all set. the garden around here is just beautiful and easy to get to from the room.

The hotel's location is ideal for those who want to visit Etosha National Park, just a few miles from the Eastern Gate. the tents are spacious and well decorated, with a large private deck outside. the outside pool area is quiet and relaxing. the organised game drives provide an edge seat for good views and guides share their expertise in wildlife viewing.
The staff is efficient but could be friendlier according to one of the reviews.

Great place for Etosha. The tents were spacious with both inside and outside showers. The lounge was soothing, and staff was ready to cater to your every need. We loved the fact that the lodge had a pool and was close to a waterhole where one could see animals. Buffet breakfast and delicious set menu dinners were a plus.
Meals were served at set times which was not ideal for some guests. Service was sometimes lacking, and staff could have been friendlier. Pool felt too cold to swim in, but that was a minor inconvenience.

The game drives were fantastic, we saw a variety of wildlife and our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The accommodations were clean and spacious, with a lovely pool area to unwind in between drives. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the park entrance and surrounded by stunning scenery.
The staff were not as friendly as we had hoped for, with some lacking enthusiasm. The Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger and more consistent, which was particularly frustrating when trying to catch up with work during our business trip.
